Mississippi State University has partnered with Med+Proctor for immunization compliance and verification.

Med+Proctor is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Nashville, TN. As with many other universities across the nation, this company handles the immunization verification processes for students. This includes automating the documentation intake and verification steps required to meet state and federal immunization requirements.

Please note all new incoming students at Mississippi State University must complete and upload their proof of immunization for MMR to be reviewed by Med+Proctor. You will not be able to register for classes without completing this requirement.

NOTE: You will see options to pay $10 to access extra benefits or “expedite review.” You DO NOT have to pay $10 to submit your immunizations or “expedite review” unless you want to. Click the option to “Submit your health forms for free without the upgrade”.

Step 1: Visit Med+Proctor and click “Register For A New Account” to start a new account. Use your MSU email address and follow the directions to register for a new account.

Step 2: Log in to your Med+Proctor account and upload a copy of your immunization documents. Make sure your forms are complete and legible. You will receive an email confirmation once your immunization document has been reviewed (typically 24 hours, but sometimes up to 48 hours).
